01 Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with TweeTech Agency's services — whether through our website, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any service engagement.
02 Services Provided
TweeTech Agency provides the following digital services:
- Custom Website Design & Development
- Landing Page & Single Page Application (SPA) Development
- Dashboard UI/UX Design
- AI Integration & AI-Powered Solutions
- Visitor & Lead Generation Tools
- Graphic Design (Posters, Thumbnails, Banners)
All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are provided unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written agreement.
03 Client Responsibilities
As a client of TweeTech Agency, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver your project.
- Communicate revisions or feedback within the agreed timeline.
- A maximum of 3 changes (revisions) to the website will be allowed.
- Use all delivered solutions (including AI tools, websites, and graphics) for lawful and ethical purposes only.
- Not use TweeTech's work to promote illegal activities, hate speech, misinformation, or any content that violates applicable laws.
- Obtain necessary licenses, permissions, or rights for any third-party content you provide to us.
04 Payments & Refunds
- All project rates are agreed upon before work begins and confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email.
- A minimum advance payment (typically 50%) is required before any work commences.
- Refunds are not provided once design or development work has been initiated, except in cases of proven failure to deliver agreed deliverables.
- Final deliverables are released only upon receipt of full payment.
05 Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final delivered design and code.
- TweeTech retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
- All source files and reusable components developed by TweeTech remain TweeTech's intellectual property unless explicitly transferred via a separate agreement.
06 AI Integration & Ethical Use
If your project involves AI Integration or AI-Powered Tools, you additionally agree that:
- You will not deploy AI solutions for surveillance, mass data collection without consent, or to cause harm to individuals or groups.
- You are solely responsible for the output, accuracy, and ethical implications of AI tools integrated into your platform.
- TweeTech is not liable for any decisions made by AI systems deployed through our integrations.
- You will comply with all applicable data privacy laws (such as GDPR, DPDP Act, etc.) when collecting or processing user data through AI systems.
07 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. TweeTech will not disclose your project details, business model, or data to any third party without your consent.
08 Limitation of Liability
TweeTech Agency's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of business revenue, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use delivered products.
09 Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 7 days written notice. In such cases, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. No refund will be provided for work already delivered.
10 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
